Return Requested

So i got this message from Mercari said that the Buyer want to request for a return. But normally, i would receive a bunch a pictures of the items and an accept/decline button. Instead, i receive a message like in the picture, no details on what the issue is. Mercari said they are reviewing the case before replying to me in 1-2 days. So in the meantime, do i provide them with the said documents? or just wait for Mercari review? Would love to know some outside perspectives or experiences with this type of situation.
